Resep Tumis Sayuran Baby Kol ( Baby Cabbage Stir-Fry Recipe )

Baby kol sering di sebut juga tunas kubis, kalau di daerah saya di sebut kembang kubis. Sayuran yang satu ini menjadi favorit saya, di tumis sebentar dan jangan terlalu layu rasanya manis dan renyah ketika di santap.
Cara memasaknya pun cukup mudah, hanya di tumis dengan sedikit minyak dan di bumbui seadanya atau di kukus sebentar. Kalau saya memilih di tumis sebentar lalu cepat di santap :D

Tidak tahu pasti, sayuran ini memang benar-benar tunas kubis atau sayuran yang memang bukan kubis. Tetapi tetap rasanya lezat, bagi yang belum pernah coba mungkin terheran-heran dengan ukuran sayuran ini. Mirip kubis tetapi lebih kecil,, oh ya disebut juga kol mini.

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan-bahan :

  • 250 gram baby kol
  • 4 siung bawang merah 
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 7 buah cabai merah
  • 2 sdt garam halus
  • 1/2 sdt gula pasir
  • Minyak sayur secukupnya untuk menumis

Cara Membuatnya :

  1. Pisahkan 250 gram baby kol dengan membuang bagian bonggolnya, cuci lalu tiriskan
  2. Iris tipis 4 siung bawang merah, 3 siung bawang putih dan 7 buah cabai merah
  3. Siapkan serta panaskan beberapa sendok makan minyak sayur di dalam wajan
  4. Setelah minyak panas, tumis bumbu-bumbu yang sudah di iris tipis sampai bumbu benar-benar harum
  5. Masukkan baby kol yang sudah di tiriskan, aduk rata
  6. Tambahkan 2 sdt garam halus dan 1/2 sdt gula pasir ( tambahkan lagi sesuai selera apabila kurang asin )
  7. Aduk merata hingga baby kol sedikit layu kemudian angkat dan hidangkan

Tumisan sederhana seperti ini bisa di sajikan di keluarga anda, tentunya tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama atau bahan sayuran yang seadanya tetapi enak. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

Baby cabbage often also called cabbage shoots, if in my area called cabbage flower. This one vegetables is being of my favorite, in stir-fry briefly and not too sweet and crunchy taste wilted when eaten.
How to cook it was quite easy, just in stir-fry with a little oil and season potluck or steamed briefly. But i prefer briefly stir-fry quickly at meal : D

Do not know for sure, these vegetables are really shoots cabbage or vegetables that are not cabbage. But still tastes delicious, those who have never tried may be surprised with the size of this vegetable.
Similar with cabbage but smaller than cabbage ,, oh yes also called mini cabbage.

Here are the ingredients and how to make
Ingredients :

  • 250 grams of baby cabbage
  • 4 cloves of onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 7 red chilies
  • 2 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • Taste vegetable oil for frying

How To Make :

  1. Separate 250 grams of baby cabbage by removing parts of the cob, wash and drain
  2. Thinly sliced 4 cloves onion, 3 cloves of garlic and 7 red chilies
  3. Prepare and heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet
  4. Once the oil is hot, saute spices already in thin slices until fragrant
  5. Enter baby cabbage that has been in the drain, mix
  6. Add 2 tsp fine salt and 1/2 tsp sugar ( add more to taste if less salty )
  7. Stir until slightly wilted baby cabbage then lift and serve

Ready to serve... hmm, yummm..
Simple as this can stir served in your family, of course, does not require a long time or vegetable ingredients that available but tasty and I think this is suitable for vegetarian menu. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom : D
