Untuk menu makan siang hari ini, saya ingin memasak gulai cumi yang beberapa hari kemarin sudah saya idam-idamkan. Dan enaknya memang menunggu waktu weekend saja ya, karena lebih santai dan memang tidak terlalu banyak pekerjaan yang saya lakukan.

Resep Neti kali ini adalah masakan rumahan yang benar-benar instan saya buat, maksudnya tidak mengobrak-abrik beberapa artikel dulu. Beli cumi-cumi di pasar, langsung punya ide mau di masak apa dengan bumbu yang bagaimana.

Bahan dan bumbu serta cumi-cumi yang di siapkan untuk memasak gulai hari ini
Resepnya tidak memakai cabe ya bund... Karena memang suami kurang suka yang terlalu pedas, jadi jika bunda ingin sedikit pedas bisa saja di tambahkan cabe sesuai selera. Yuk, kita mulai memasak :D

Berikut bahan dan cara membuatnya
Bahan -  bahan :
  • 250 gram cumi ukuran sedang
  • 800 gram santan kental
  • 100 gram kentang
  • 1 batang daun bawang
  • 1 butir telur putih
  • 1 sdm tepung terigu
  • Garam dan Gula secukupnya
  • Tusuk gigi secukupnya

Bumbu - bumbu yang dihaluskan :
  • 5 siung bawang merah 
  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 1 sdt ketumbar
  • 1 sdt jinten
  • 2 buah kemiri
  • 2 cm jahe
  • 2 cm lengkuas muda
  • 1 cm kunyit
  • 2 batang serai
  • 3 lembar daun salam
  • Minyak sayur secukupnya

Berikut Gulai Cumi sudah setengah matang dengan bagian tubuh cumi yang di isi sudah menggelembung
Cara Membuat :
  1. Bersihkan 250 gram cumi dengan membuang bagian tintanya, cuci dan sisihkan
  2. Rebus hingga lunak 100 gram kentang kemudian haluskan
  3. Iris tipis 1 batang daun bawang
  4. Haluskan bumbu - bumbu seperti 5 siung bawang merah, 3 siung bawang putih, 1 sdt merica, 1 sdt ketumbar, 1 sdt jinten, 2 buah kemiri, 2 cm jahe, 2 cm lengkuas muda, 1 cm kunyit hingga benar-benar halus
  5. Siapkan isian untuk cumi - cumi dengan mencampurkan 100 gram kentang yang sudah di haluskan dengan irisan daun bawang, 1 butir telur putih dan 1 sdm tepung terigu, aduk-aduk hingga rata
  6. Selanjutnya masukkan isian kentang ke dalam cumi-cumi lalu sematkan dengan tusuk gigi
  7. Panaskan minyak sayur secukupnya di dalam wajan, lalu tumis bumbu-bumbu halus  hingga harum
  8. Masukkan 2 batang serai yang di memarkan dan 3 lembar daun salam
  9. Masukkan cumi-cumi yang sudah di isi, aduk-aduk dan tambahkan santan kental sedikit lalu diamkan sebentar agar bagian isi cumi-cumi sedikit mengeras dan menggelembung
  10. Lalu tambahkan lagi sisa dari santan kental, tambahkan garam dan gula secukupnya
  11. Setelah matang, angkat dan hidangkan

Untuk resep gulai cumi isi kentang ini, cuminya tidak amis karena saya memang menambahkan beberapa rempah untuk menetralisir bau amis pada setiap masakan seafood. Salah satunya dengan menggunakan jahe, serai dan salam, serai yang di gunakan terlebih dahulu harus di memarkan agar bau wangi serai dapat meresap di dalam masakan.

  • 2 cm ginger

  • 1 cm turmeric
  • 2 stalks lemongrass
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Vegetable oil to taste

How to make :
  1. Clean the squid by removing the 250 gram piece ink, wash and set aside
