Resep Sup Ayam Sayuran ( Vegetable Chicken Soup Recipe )

Berikut salah satu menu favorit kami sekeluarga, dimakan bersama nasi atau hanya makan sup nya saja rasanya sama-sama enak... Lebih mantap jika di santap ketika masih hangat, hmmm... Yummy :D
Saya bagi resepnya di sini ya bunda....

 Bahan - bahan :

  • 250 gram daging ayam
  • 100 gram kubis, di potong kasar
  • 3 buah wortel
  • 3 buah kentang
  • 2 batang daun bawang, dipotong kasar
  • 3 batang daun seledri, dipotong kasar
  • 1 buah tomat, dipotong dadu

Bumbu :

  • 3 siung bawang putih
  • 5 siung bawang merah
  • 1 sdt merica
  • 1 cm jahe
  • 2 batang serai, di keprak
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • 4 sdm minyak sayur untuk menumis 
  • 2 liter air 

Cara Membuat :

  1. Bersihkan dan potong-potong 250 gram daging ayam sesuai selera
  2. Kupas 3 buah wortel dan 3 buah kentang, cuci bersih lalu dipotong-potong
  3. Haluskan 1 sdt merica, 1 cm jahe, 3 siung bawang putih dan 5 siung bawang merah, sisihkan
  4. Panaskan 4 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan, masukkan bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan dengan 2 batang serai yang dikeprak dan tumis hingga harum
  5. Masukkan potongan daging ayam, lalu aduk rata hingga ayam berubah warna
  6. Tambahkan potongan wortel dan kentang, beri 2 liter air lalu masak hingga mendidih sampai wortel dan kentang lembut
  7. Masukkan 100 gram kubis, 2 batang daun bawang, 3 batang daun seledri yang dipotong kasar, masak sebentar hingga bahan-bahan tersebut layu
  8. Beri garam dan gula sesuai selera, lalu masukkan potongan tomat
  9. Angkat dan sajikan

Boleh ditambahkan sayuran yang lainnya sesuai selera, seperti kembang kol, buncis, kacang kapri dan lain-lain. So, Enjoy Your Cooking Mom :D

How To Make :
